Features

01

Improved Functionality Through Excellent Compatibility with Metals and Resins

Artificial graphite powder exhibits properties that cannot be achieved with natural graphite powder.
It has excellent compatibility with metals and resins, and is used as a functional material, such as in carbon brushes.
Artificial graphite powder has the same electrical conductivity as natural graphite powder and is moderately harder than natural graphite powder, which reduces the speed of wear.

02

Excellent Chemical Resistance and Heat Resistance.

Artificial graphite powder is highly resistant to corrosion, performs exceptionally well in any environment or temperature, and also possesses excellent thermal conductivity.
It can also be combined with various materials to enhance their properties.

03

Wide Range of Particle Sizes (Micron Levels from 3 to 100)

Fine powder, with extremely high purity and excellent high crystallinity, is available in a wide range of series and sizes, with average particle diameters ranging from 3μm to 100μm, to meet the needs of customers‘ applications. Some products in the lineup boast an ultra-high purity of 99.999% (5N). As time progresses, it plays an active role in a wide range of fields, including paint, sliding materials, electrical applications, and batteries.
