  4. Directors and Auditors will recognize their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders, and fulfill their roles and responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Hold constructive dialogues with shareholders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Internal Control<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We have established and operate an appropriate internal control system to ensure the sustainable growth of our company and the trust of our stakeholders. We position internal control not merely as a framework for regulatory compliance, but as an essential management foundation that contributes to enhancing corporate value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Risk Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We have established risk management regulations and crisis management regulations to prevent potential risks (risk management) and to respond to actualized risks (crisis management), promoting a comprehensive risk management framework. As part of this effort, we conduct risk monitoring (status assessment) using risk checklists. In addition, we have formulated a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to enable the prompt resumption of business activities in the event of major disasters or system failures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Compliance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We have established compliance regulations and implement measures based on policies and plans determined by the Board of Directors. We also conduct tiered education and training programs for officers and employees.
